organisation blocked - data exceeded, but not seeing the problem (6,5Go/10Go)
Hi all,
I see "Blocking data access for endpoint, because organisation exceeded monthly limit."
My devices are currently on hire at an event, and I would like to unblock these immediately.
I don't understand why it's blocked, because my data plan says 6Go on 10,5Go included...
Could you please help me with the fastest way to restore connectivity ?

Dear customers,
There was no incident, emnify applies internally a monthly limit (that goes up accordingly) as a protection for sudden consumption surges. If this limit is reached, our team must verify that everything is in order, and they increase the limit.
This limit is internal and not visible to our customers, as the limit goes up accordingly. Unfortunately, there was a sudden consumption peak and our team had to verify it first, causing the service to be unavailable for some minutes.
We apologize if this has caused any inconvenience. Rest assured that the limit for both organizations is now high enough to prevent this from happening again.
