There are 4 roles that can be assigned to a user (only an administrator can assign roles):
- Administrator - has unrestricted access
- User - has the same access as the admin but cannot manage other users
- Observer - has read-only access but cannot read the events on endpoints
- Support - a special role reserved for MNOs, which allows support agents access to child organizations

Advice: We recommend keeping only a limited number of your colleagues with the role of "Administrator" and your everyday users, who are going to be managing the SIMs, configured as "User". Your colleagues, who just need to keep an eye on things and don't need to change anything should be set as "Observer".
