The changes will be applied the next time the device performs a "location update". This could happen at any time depending on the device settings and behavior. In most cases, a quick way to force a location update is by doing reset connectivity from the endpoint tab. If there's still no new activities from the device, then a device reboot will help.
Note: With every configuration changes you will do in the EUI platform, you also have to perform reset connectivity on the affected endpoints for the changes to take effect.
