Hi,
If I sent an SMS from the portal/API to the SIM and its status is "Buffered" but I see it properly received on the device. Does that mean that the delivery report was not received on Emnify SMSC side?

Hi Renaud,
Thanks for your question. Yes you are right. In specific cases SMS appear as Running even though they have been received and it simply means the information was not communicated to our SMSC and we cannot display the SMS as "delivered".
