Trasfer SIM card to a different Emnify account?

We have a SIM card in a customers device.  They want us to transfer that SIM card to their account.  Is this a simple as us de-registering it from our account and them re-registering it under their account?

  Hi Jim,

  SIM transfer between emnify accounts are not possible.
