How to get device logs?
Over the past months I have submitted a couple of tickets, and your support team has asked me to attach the logs of my device. What are exactly these logs and how can I get them?
Device logs are the logs taken from your device. These logs are not available on EMnify portal. They need to be taken from the device that you are using with your EMnify SIM card. The method for taking these logs depends on the device type. If it is not explained in your device's user manual, you need to consult with your device manufacturer. These logs include the events happening inside your device related with cellular network connectivity. It would be ideal if these logs include AT commands being registered to the cellular modem inside your device.
