    Hi Jonathan,

    Guadelupe uses different networks from France, but depending on the tariff you have contracted with us, it could be included at the same price.

    Please check in Policies / Coverage policies to see if the operator is included in your assigned tariff. If you have assigned a Customer Success Manager, you can also check with them.

    Alternatively, you can request to change to a tariff that includes Guadeloupe. This can be done in "Organization Settings / Subscription / Update data plan"
