Vpn rango de ip endpoint
---Edited by emnify---
Hi Serafin. The community is in English, i took the liberty to translate your message:
I am testing the vpn service but I have a problem. Open vpn assigns me the ip 10.64.xxx.xxx And the endpoint that is in the vpn service policy has the ip 100.73.xxx.xxx And when trying to ping there is no response because obviously they are in different ranges. Both the endpoint and the pc with open vpn are configured in eu west 1 vpn What do I have to do so that the endpoints have the same ip range as the pc with openvpn?

Hi Serafin,
This is the expected behaviour, your open VPN client will have by default a 10.64.x.x ip address, as explained in our Help Center:
https://support.emnify.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019302959-OpenVPN-FAQ-and-Guides
Then this is routed internally and you should be able to ping your endpoints. The team is currently investigating why OpenVPN 2.6.0 versions and above are not working as expected. In case you installed OpenVPN recently, please try to use an older version until we apply a fix.
If using an older version does not fix this issue, please contact our Support team using this link:
