    Hi Isaack,

    There could be several reasons besides IMSI switch handling. To make a basic check, we would need the IMEI of your problematic device and the ICCID of the emnify SIM that you are using. If you have an emnify account, could you open a ticket via support.emnify.com with the mentioned information?
