How long are SMS messages stored for?

We've noticed that SMS are deleted from the portal after a short period of time. For how long are they stored? Is there a possibility to extend this period?

  Hi Peter,

  Our system has a cleanup job that runs every 60 minutes, which deletes all SMS older than 7 days. Unfortunately there is no possibility to extend this period.

  FYI, you can also take a look at our API documentation, ( GET: /api/v1/endpoint/{endpoint_id}/sms ). You can run this periodically and get a list of the last 500 SMS for specific endpoints.
