VPN disconnects me when a new user start it

When my co-worker starts his VPN, my VPN session is terminated (and vice versa - when I start, he gets kicked out).

We are using OpenVPN.

He uses a Windows machine; I use a Mac computer.

We tried using Tokens and a regular password for the credentials file, but neither approach worked.

What could be the issue? Why do we stop each other's sessions, and why is it just us and not the other 3-4 people in our company who also use the same exact setup (Emnify with OpenVPN, etc.)?

  Hi Leeor,

  Using Tokens, only 1 simultaneous user is allowed. When a new client is authenticated, the previous session is closed.

  If you use different usernames/passwords (not the same one in two different clients), it should work.
