Can I allow my customers to access their own devices via OpenVPN?

I use the EMnify OpenVPN to remotely access my devices. In some cases I would like to allow my customers to access their own devices. Since I only can give them a full access with new credentials or via application token, I was wondering if there is another way to enable my customers to access their devices?

  Hi Marc!
  Thanks for raising this question. Today EMnify gives its customers the possibility to access their connected devices via OpenVPN. To authenticate you can use either Username and Password or an Application token. Both options give lot of access to the user though. For this reason we don't advise you to give it access to your customer to any authentication methods. Hence we don't advise our customers to give OpenVPN access to their customers.
