How can i reset my connected devices? some of them are out of service and can't reset the devices manually

Solicito reset en mis líneas, ha que hay varias que están fuera de linea y no me permite hace el reset manual o saber si hay algún inconveniente con el servici,;pues el cliente más afectado es el que aparece como evodio

  You can easily reset the connectivity of any of your connected devices:

  

  Select the devices you want to reset (step1) and clic on reset (step 2).

  In case you are still experiencing issues, please contact our Customer Support team and provide some sample ICCID to investigate
