  To get a satellite SIM, this can be done via one of our account executives and I'll ask one of them to reach out to you again.

  One of the reasons to engage with you personally before ordering SIMs is to validate that you have hardware that is NTN-capable. We have also prepared some hardware-specific guides that could be of assistance.
