I entered 3 times the wrong PIN. Now I need the PUK. Where can I find it ?

  Hi Werner,

  We currently don't have the possibility to find the PUK on the portal and we need to get that information from our internal team. Could you please open a ticket requesting the PUK of your SIM by stating the ICCID?
