say i have a policy with 100 devices pooled at 50mb per device giving me 5gb between them. now i want to add another 10 devices using on average 1,5gb of data each combined at 15gb. would i and can i chnage my default policy to 200mb per device giving me the 20gb needed or can i carry on with the 100 devices and have a new policy just for the 10 devices at say 15gb or 20gb to be shared by them alone to run alongside the other device pplicy

Hi David,
You can either increase the pool size from 50 MB to 200 MB, or request a separate data pool of 1.5 GB for the 10 SIM cards.
Just keep in mind that the pools are independent. This means that the SIMs assigned to the 50 MB plan can only consume data from that specific pool (5 GB), while the SIMs assigned to the 1.5 GB plan can only use data from the 15 GB pool.
If either pool is exceeded, any additional usage will be charged at the overage rate for that specific pool, regardless of the available or consumed data in the other pool.
