    I edited your post to hide the SIM card details. For technical issues with specific connected devices, it is better to submit a request to our Customer Support team. We will be happy to assist you. 

    In order to use the portal properly, i highly recommend you to read our quick start guide.

    And last, for this specific SIM card, I can see that it is already online, so I am happy to see that everything is working now.
