Hi there,

I have successfully connected with Openvpn connect v3 for MacOS which was downloaded from the official website. I have downloaded the correct configuration file and updated the service policy to use the correct breakout region. 

My issues is I cant ping any of my connected devices. I must be missing something simple but for the life of me can see what it is. 

Any help would be appreciated

  I have checked your service policy and indeed it is properly configured. In this case, it is better to open a support ticket, so that our team can check where the issue is. I'll open the ticket on your behalf, please attach the OpenVPN log for further analysis.
