Good day, please note we accidentally disconnect one sim card ICCID: 898830300000814XXXX, is it possible to bring back online and activated?

  Hi Kaywala,

  I edited your post to hide the SIM card details. For technical issues with specific connected devices, it is better to submit a request to our Customer Support team. We will be happy to assist you. 

  In order to use the portal properly, i highly recommend you to read our quick start guide.

  And last, for this specific SIM card, I can see that it is already online, so I am happy to see that everything is working now.

  Please note, your sim cards get disconnected randomly, even in locations with good coverage, I think you need to look at that.
